If so, Randstad wants to hear from you Benefits Competitive pay rate £18.10 per hour, depending on experience Overtime premium rates apply Mileage allowance as required Enhanced holiday package & pension Fully funded, ongoing training & development opportunities Weekly pay Free training provided inclusive of E-Learning and face-to-face Short and long-term contracts available Free uniform Employee Assistance Programme Access to high street, retail and leisure discounts Requirements Degree/diploma in Physiotherapy or equivalent is essential Minimum 2 years post registration experience in similar role Experience working with the elderly is essential Current professional membership required Candidates will be subject to enhanced vetting including an enhanced Access NI check and compliance due to the nature of this work Up to date Immunisation records to complete a full occupational health review Ability to build rapport with ease Strong communication and interpersonal skills Effective time management and prioritisation skills Ability to work in fast paced user-centric environment Responsibilities Prioritise, assess and manage own patient caseload Provide education, advice and support to patients/carers on home management Provide accurate statistics and maintain professional and administrative records as required Deliver a service, which meets all organisational and professional responsibilities Demonstrate a high level of knowledge and understanding of radiography Communicate effectively with patients and ensure there is an understanding of their condition Promote and support effective team working, fostering a culture of openness and transparency Support the service’s leadership team as required Maintain a high level of safety to ensure all service users are kept safe Randstad Care acts as an employment business when supplying temporary staff and as an employment agency when introducing candidates for permanent employment with a client.
