Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Clinical Physiotherapist/Personal Trainer at London Longevity Clinic. The role involves providing personalised physiotherapy and fitness training services to clients, creating tailored fitness programs, monitoring progress, and promoting overall well-being. Key responsibilities : Client assessment: Conduct detailed assessments to diagnose physical conditions and establish client rehabilitation goals as well as gathering baseline data for balance, strength and mobility in order to provide bespoke training plans to optimise their health. Program development: Design and implement individualised treatment plans that incorporate the latest evidence-based practices and technologies. Rehabilitation services: Provide hands-on physiotherapy techniques and therapies to improve mobility, relieve pain, and encourage overall physical health. Progress monitoring: Regularly evaluate and record patients’ progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet their evolving needs. Multidisciplinary collaboration: Work closely with doctors, nutritionists, personal trainers, and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans that address all aspects of client health. Client education: Educate clients on maintaining and enhancing their health through physical therapy and regular physical activity. Clinical excellence: Maintain high standards of clinical practice and participate in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of advancements in the field. Management: Oversee personal training services and the maintenance of gym and biohacking facilities Ad Hoc tasks: Be flexible to take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the clinic’s growth and development. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy. Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) qualification (e.g., from NASM, ACE, or similar organisation). Minimum of 3 years’ experience in physiotherapy, with significant experience in a private clinic setting Exceptional communication and leadership skills, capable of managing teams and processes effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. What We Offer: Annual salary of £55,000 to £60,000 depends on experience Full-time position permanent position with a typical schedule from Monday to Friday and weekend availability.
