A vacancy has arisen for a full-time Advanced Physiotherapist to work across both outpatient and inpatient settings working within a proactive Physiotherapy clinic. The successful candidate must have at least 5 years post graduate experience and demonstrate a high standard of clinical skills, reasoning, communication and professionalism and the ability to work autonomously. Must be experienced in treating musculoskeletal conditions, post-operative orthopaedic rehabilitation, sports injuries on both inpatient and outpatient settings. It is a desirable but not essential for candidates to have a wide range of experience within the respiratory and critical care/ITU, general surgery fields. Evidence of post graduate study and a strong commitment to providing evidence based high quality client care is required. You will be responsible for providing high quality Physiotherapy management for patients, in line with the hospital’s strategic direction, including implementing quality initiatives and quality assurance tools. You will also be asked to contribute to the training and development programme of the department. The Lister Hospital supports CPD with in-house training and financial support for external courses. Skills & Experience: Graduate Diploma or BSc in Physiotherapy Registration with HCPC Post graduate training and experience in both IP and OP physiotherapy Pilates and Phototherapy experience are desirable Provide comprehensive and ongoing assessment and treatment for each patient. Develop competencies as needed, and roll out and complete with other relevant staff members across all HCA facilities Assist in relevant projects as requested across HCA Healthcare UK Maintain accurate, up to date and concise Physiotherapy treatment records, adhering to departmental and CSP professional standards.
