Foundations Physio Ltd provide private community Neuro and Complex elderly physiotherapy across Surrey and Hampshire borders. We are looking for a Physiotherapist to join our growing and experienced team. The caseload will be a mix of neurological conditions and complex elderly rehabilitation within clients’ homes, care homes and at our outpatient clinic in Farnham. We cover a large area through the Surrey and Hampshire borders but endeavour to keep you close to home. As a service we pride ourselves on supporting your development through funded training both in house and externally. We promote flexible working both in terms of hours and locations, working with you to make sure you get the most out of your role. We provide quarterly team days and 6 weekly supervision sessions to support you in the role. Keeping on top of the most recent evidence and innovation is at the heart of our service and we will often provide opportunities to attend conferences on a yearly basis. We also work closely with Winchester University taking students, supporting with research projects and guest lecturing, providing you with opportunity to gain further experience in these areas. There will be some autonomous, mobile working with regular support from an experienced team of therapists as well as opportunities to work in hydrotherapy and exercise classes. We also use our clinic in Farnham for outpatient services, investing in a LiteGait treadmill and other rehabilitation technology to assist out patients in their recovery or management of their condition. We are looking for applicants who are organised, motivated, innovative and approachable with an enthusiastic approach to lifelong learning. A driving license, CSP membership and HCPC registration are all essential for the role. Salary negotiable dependent on experience, this as an excellent role for the right candidate.
