Job Title: Physiotherapist Grade: Band 5 or 6 Trust: Herefordshire and Worcestershire Health Care NHS Trust Location: Princess of Wales Community Hospital, Stourbridge Rd, Bromsgrove B61 0BB Ward/Dept: Bromsgrove Neighbourhood team Hours: 37.5 hours Shift Pattern: Mon – Fri, 8.30 am – 16.30pm Why might this job interest you? The team are looking for an experienced Physiotherapist to assess patients in their own home Responsibilities of this job role If you are successful in your application to this post, you will be expected to manage and deliver on the responsibilities outlined below – as well as those not included here, call today to discuss further: Managing a defined caseload and advising Clinical Specialists of any difficulties with this. Empower others to support patients with physiotherapy needs. Provide second opinions as necessary and appropriate to meet the needs of complex or specialist cases. To be successful in applying for this role you will need: HCPC registered. Degree In Physiotherapy or equivalent. Rehab experience is essential In addition to experience, all Qualified roles will be required to provide evidence of Relevant Qualifications Registration with the relevant Registration Body if applicable.
