Location : South Manchester, around Bramhall, Wilmslow and Poynton Salary : £40k-£50k The Company: We are an innovative wellness start-up looking to disrupt the physical wellness space by making our innovative therapy accessible to everyone. The therapy, delivered by a device, helps stimulate blood flow throughout the body, without the need for 1 on 1 treatments. This, like various massage technics, helps with increase blood flow and pain relief, amongst other benefits. It has already been shown to be more effective in helping a range of issues. Who are we looking for? We are seeking an experienced physiotherapist who can use their existing training and experience to help develop the treatment programs, by: Assessing the medical issues the customer is experiencing (via telephone, video or face-to-face) Measuring various health metrics Developing an appropriate treatment plan (for the device) Assessing the impact of the various treatments Adjusting the plan if/when needed And recording all the details for each customer This role will NOT involve you personally delivering the treatment, as this will be done by the device. This means you might see up to 6 customers per hour, while facilitating their treatment on the devices, which typically lasts 30-40 minutes. Although, customers often experience immediate results, which can be extremely rewarding. The successful candidate must be great with people, organised, proactive, digitally savvy and have the ability to work well alone or in a team. They must have a kind and caring approach, be creative, have great listening and communication skills and have a positive, can-do attitude.
