Physiotherapist London £33 per hour Temporary As a Physiotherapist, you will play a crucial role in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with a variety of physical conditions. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalised care plans that enhance patient recovery and well-being. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions. Develop and implement individualised treatment plans. Provide therapy in community settings and acute hospital environments. Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatments as necessary. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and preventive care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
