Lead Physiotherapist Full Time

We are looking for a Lead Physiotherapist to join the Clinical support team at the New Private Hospital in Birmingham. Contract: Permanent Full time. 37.5 hours per week worked between 8am and 8pm. Salary: competitive and negotiable. With excellent benefits and career development. What we are looking for: Do you have Experience in Cardiac and Intensive care Physiotherapy? Can you provide strong clinical skills, expertise in assessment, management and education and exceptional service delivery?Do you have management skills to lead the team to ensure a efficient, effective and high quality physiotherapy services? Undertake a comprehensive physiotherapy assessment and clinical examination of the individual patient including those with multi-pathological presentations? Set therapeutic/rehabilitation goals and objectives? Develop, Deliver and monitor individual treatment programmes? Plan with referral to other services to ensure safe and holistic smooth and safe Discharge? Qualifications/Attributes and Skills required: Graduate Diploma or BSc in Physiotherapy Registration with MCSP and HCPC Experience providing care to mixed cohort of patients and specialisms including general in patient surgery, ITU and respiratory Significant and relevant post graduate experience. Up to Date knowledge of current processes and deliver of Physiotherapy.
