File-work involves reviewing medical evidence in written or electronic format to determine the necessity of a face-to-face assessment. Assessments focus on how disabilities impact customers’ daily work-related activities. Utilize IT software programs to support clinical decision-making during file-work and examinations. Provide comprehensive reports to enable DWP Decision Makers to make informed benefit claim decisions.
