Care4Health is recruiting for a Band 6 Physiotherapist for a role in the East Herefordshire area. The role will be working within a Community Discharge to Assess Service. You must have experience of working in a community setting previously offering rehabilitation to citizens. You will need a car for work as you will be visiting people at home and the location is rural. The role is 3 days per week with flexibility offered on the days of work. It is essential you hold a degree or equivalent qualification in Physiotherapy and be HCPC registered to be considered for any of these positions.
