Interim Physiotherapist

I am currently recruiting for an interim Physiotherapist on behalf of a large Adult Hospice for a minimum 12 week contract in Rotherham. The Successful candidate MUST have the following: BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy or equivalent Registration with the Health and Care Professionals Council (HCPC) Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably with pallative care patients Experience in community based work and home visits Role Overview Clinical Care: Conduct patient assessments at the Hospice and in patients’ homes, identifying their physiotherapy needs and developing personalized treatment plans. Implement treatment plans, monitoring and adjusting them as necessary to meet patient needs. Collaborate with the MDT to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care. Communication and Collaroation: Communicate treatment goals and plans clearly to patients, families, and the MDT Provide education and support to patients and families regarding physiotherapy interventions.
