Shape the future of Portsmouth Football Club’s Academy players as our Lead Academy Physiotherapist The Impact You’ll Make: You’ll be responsible for the medical well-being of all Academy players (U9-U18) , leading the physiotherapy provision and ensuring their peak performance and injury prevention. Working closely with the U18 coaching staff, you’ll assess and treat injuries, develop rehabilitation plans and guide players back to top form. You’ll also: Manage a team of casual Physiotherapists and Sports Therapists Deliver injury prevention programmes Liaise with players, parents and medical professionals Contribute to the Academy’s strategic goals Your Skills and Experience A passionate and experienced physiotherapist with a BSc Hons and HCPC registration The FA Safeguarding certificate and a proven track record working with young athletes Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills A commitment to player development and creating a high-performance environment Portsmouth Football Club is dedicated to investing in your future and will provide you with the FA Level 5 Advanced Trauma Medical Management in Football (ATMMiF) qualification, as well as ongoing CPD opportunities.
